The owner Steffano was very nice and friendly. The room was very big. The furniture and the room decor was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. I only stayed there one night but wish I had booked it for my entire stay. It’s about 20 minutes walk from Como San Giovanni station bud a mere 5 min walk from Como Lago Nord station. The ferry port is 5 mins walk and it centrally located in Como.

All members of staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful, efficient and professional, nothing was a problem. Breakfast was a wonderfully relaxing experience with superb views. This hotel exceeded expectations and I would highly recommend.
