Marina's a very kind and warm-hearted host. She came late in the evening for our late check-in and let us leave our luggage in her property after check-out. She gave us a lot of information of the area. She kept the room very clean and tidy. Although the room was not very big, it's well equipped and it provided everything we needed.

The host is so kind and helpful. The room is comfortable. Accommodation close to the train station. Breakfast is fine (1 cafe and 1 brioche) and walk for 1 minute.

The location is fabulous. It’s walking distance to the train station, restaurants, shopping, and water transportation. The room is very cute and peaceful.

This is a perfect place to stay in la Spezia and very near the train station. Giuseppina is the most wonderful host, she couldn't be more helpful and kind. The breakfast which was homemade was delicious. We really felt at home here! Would recommend to anyone visiting cinque terre or la Spezia

The property was very clean and the outdoor space was absolutely beautiful. Our children enjoyed the pool and eating space outside. We thought it was a wonderful stay and Marco made us feel very welcome by even greeting us outside when we arrived. He was very helpful to answer any questions and give advice for restaurants etc and offering to drive my parents to train station. Thank you
