We had a one night stay at Casale Cavatela on our trip from North Italy to the Campania region. The place is a bit off-road, but it was an advantage because it was silent and peaceful, surrounded by nature. Very spacious room, very clean, we found everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was very nice, a huge cup of cappuccino, juice, cake, yogurt, bread, butter - more than enough to start your day. Would definitely come back again in case we travel in this area.

The place is gated with plenty of space for secure parking and very relaxing stay, especially for families with childern. The property has a beatuful large garden with a swimming pool. Our ensuite room and the breakfast rooms were impecable in terms of cleanliness and presentation. I had issues with my rental car and they were able to quickly find a solution to have someone pick me up at the train station. The dip in the pool after a long day of travel was the cherry on the cake :) I regretted not staying longer!

Food (breakfast, dinner) was exceptional. The beach has black sand, but the sun beds are provided, so we enjoyed the sea very much. The sea itself is clean. The service was lovely - even got a free upgrade for our honeymoon. And overall the facility and amenities were very well maintained with tasteful decor. Only downside was that the pool and hot tub were closed due to repairs, but it didn’t bother us so much. Highly recommend for an off the beaten path experience that is not crowded with tourists and for some relaxation.
