Check in was very smooth with Sarah and Linda from housekeeping was very friendly and helpful when we got off the elevator looking for our room. The room was small but adequate for a short stay. We were welcomed with a bottle of Prosceco on ice to congratulate us on our marriage which was very sweet. The breakfast was great as well. The balcony view and the town were amazing. Parking is available to guests in the back or free parking out front if available. We wished we could have stayed longer and would come back.

Near the sea, small camping with shop and restaurant. Nice and quiet. The bus stops closed so it is easy to go to another beach or city.

The property was very convenient for me as I needed to be near the airport. It was perfectly clean and had all facilities needed. The owner (I forget his name) was extremely welcoming and made me feel very safe (as a female solo traveler). He ensured I arrived safely and also booked me a taxi for early in the morning. Would definitely stay again!!!!

The host and the homely environment is the most attractive part of the place. For those who value positive energy in human being and the environmental consciousness, this is a place for them. I loved how the host has a touch of love everywhere in the place. She has managed to leave almost everything on the guest through a very delicate written communication. On the way back to airport, I realized I forgot my charger. The moment I informed the host, he took me back all the way to get the charger, without any sign of getting annoyed. They are just awesome people.

The room was clean, comfortable and secure, with enough space, and had a lovely covered private terrace. Breakfast is not included but there is an amazing bakery/bar/cafe right next door where you can get wonderful pastries and slices of pizza. You can also park there, and it's popular with local people. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Ostia Antica in 20-30 minutes (although the road is quite busy) and there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The place doesn't look much from the road, but don't judge from the first impression. We were only there 2 nights before returning to the airport, but we wouldn't hesitate to return for a longer stay as it's possible to travel into the centre of Rome using public transport, or visit the coast.

Everything looks clean and new. Apartment close to the beach, few minutes by walk. Got a lift to the airport from the staff at 5 a.m for extra charge.

Location right across the beach, close to restaurants and airport, transportation to the airport on checking out. It was a large open house, very clean and comfortable.
