Great location, 15 mins drive from the airport, nice and friendly staff. The rooms are a bit dated but clean, and the breakfast was tasty with many options to choose from. All in all, good value for money.

We stayed in a sea view room with balcony. it was very small, but the location and view were exceptional. The staff was incredible! They were very friendly and attentive; they provided great recommendations for everything from how to get there by train to local restaurants. Our stay was supposed to be a one night layover but it turned into one of the best nights of the trip!

I was with two kids not long time. But reception is good, restaurant and little shop good and have all what we needed. Really nice mobile house- first thing which i really liked - it was all good cleaned and fresh!

The room was clean, comfortable and secure, with enough space, and had a lovely covered private terrace. Breakfast is not included but there is an amazing bakery/bar/cafe right next door where you can get wonderful pastries and slices of pizza. You can also park there, and it's popular with local people. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Ostia Antica in 20-30 minutes (although the road is quite busy) and there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The place doesn't look much from the road, but don't judge from the first impression. We were only there 2 nights before returning to the airport, but we wouldn't hesitate to return for a longer stay as it's possible to travel into the centre of Rome using public transport, or visit the coast.

Very quaint, clean comfortable room in quiet neighborhood very close to the airport. Great solution for having to spend a night in Rome due to missing my connecting flight!

Small but comfortable room in an apartment located near the sea. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is quiet, making it an ideal place to relax. There is also a lift to make it easy for to access the room, and a cozy balcony
