I was with two kids not long time. But reception is good, restaurant and little shop good and have all what we needed. Really nice mobile house- first thing which i really liked - it was all good cleaned and fresh!

Very detailed check-in details. Very good place for a night on the way to the airport, or for a longer stay there are some places of interest very close to visit. The host ordered a taxi for us, cold water bottle in the fridge for refreshment. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy room.

The room was clean, comfortable and secure, with enough space, and had a lovely covered private terrace. Breakfast is not included but there is an amazing bakery/bar/cafe right next door where you can get wonderful pastries and slices of pizza. You can also park there, and it's popular with local people. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Ostia Antica in 20-30 minutes (although the road is quite busy) and there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The place doesn't look much from the road, but don't judge from the first impression. We were only there 2 nights before returning to the airport, but we wouldn't hesitate to return for a longer stay as it's possible to travel into the centre of Rome using public transport, or visit the coast.

We stayed only for one night. However, it was nice and pleasant visit. Few restaurants around and very kind host. Airport transport early in the morning saved our flight back!
