The hotel is gorgeous and well kept. The view from every window is breathtaking. The building is well preserved without being stuffy or ancient. Everyone in the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. When we mentioned being gluten intolerant, they made up a cute breakfast basket for us, with lots of gf products. Very thoughtful! They also recommended several restaurants to us. One that we went to had amazing gf pizza. Yum! They recommended transportation to us when we left for the train station.

Beautiful room and lovely staff. The room was pleasantly decorated and it overlooked the road that was quiet. It had everything you needed, tea/coffee making facilities in the room with access to a kitchen. It had air conditioning, WiFi, television, hairdryer, USB charging points and most importantly the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Livorno is a laid back city and everyone we encountered was very friendly. I would definitely recommend

Staff always friendly and helpful. Great location for walks as close to the city centre. Close to where the canal boat trip leaves. Close to Conrad Supermarket.

The hotel is in a perfect position, quiet and easy to reach. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, and takes good care of the visitors. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Lovely views from the restaurant and bedroom. It was quite wild and windy during our stay, so we didn't try a swim in the sea just below the hotel, but watched some amazing waves. There was an area to eat outside where we had breakfast. The room also has mosquito netting which is a great idea for other times. The hotel had been used in 60s cult film The Easy Life / Il Sorpasso which was interesting to watch. No noise from the nearby road. A great drive there with some dramatic coastline where the sea produced some huge waves. There were some areas to pull in and admire the scenery.

This was an amazing experience. We will be returning in the fall of 2023. Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect - within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Air-conditioned room supported our stay during a hot summer day. Loved the pool.
