Very nice residence with very friendly and willing to help owners. There were a lot of small things in the residence /room like water bottles, fruits and snacks, some books and magazines which give you a feeling that the hotel owners really take care of you. The bus and tram stops with transport heading to Venice are located just in 5-6 minutes of walking from the residence, in approximately 15 min drive you will be at Paiazzale Roma in Venice. We had a very nice stay at Residenza Giacomuzzi and have only positive words to say.

The host Alberto was very friendly and always available to help. The apartment was spacious and very clean, sofa in living room pulls out into a bed (enough big for 2 people). It's close to the tram station T1 and to amazingly stocked grocery store. Transport tickets can be bought at nearby "tabaccaio". The apartment has its own parking lot behind the fence.
