The room was great, the air conditioner helps during the hot Italian evenings. The TV is a smartTV so you can stream stuff on it. The wine was pretty good, free is free and that's all that matters. WiFi was pretty good too. The shower was great and the bathroom facilities were clean and ready to go. Bed was comfortable but was 2 twin beds pushed together. So be careful about sleeping smack dab in the middle otherwise very functional. Refrigerator has bins detailing which items belong to which room, which I thought was an excellent touch. The windows allow a lot of sunlight in which was very well appreciated.

The staff was very nice, they speak english, too. We could do an early check-in. Harmony House Prestige is 10 minutes walking away from the Pisa Centrale train station. The room was really clean and spacious and the bed was extra comfortable. There were multiple blankets. Bathroom was also spacious. Coffee machine was in the room. We filled out a paper at the check-in about what we would like to eat for breakfast, selected the time as well and they delivered right to our door in the morning! It was a really nice experience! Definitelly recommend this place to anyone!

Ideal locality, near the centre. Really clean rooms, air conditioning was excellent. The bed had very pleasure mattresses. Loved this place! So nice to relax. We were meant to be going on a cruise but we canned it. It was lovely to have this relaxing setting to sit outside and book and plan what we were going to do instead. Host went above and beyond for us. Walk took about an hour to the Learning Tower but we enjoyed it.
