We were very pleased with the accomodation. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices for gluten free. Everything clean and near the tower of Pisa. Distance from Pisa train station is walkable and takes about 20 minutes. Easy check in and check out.

We really enjoyed staying at Five Roses! Signora Flavia welcomes you with a lovely smile and lots of good advice; the rooms are tastefully furnished and very comfortable; breakfast is abundant and delicious, and can be enjoyed on the quiet patio. The location is perfect - right next to public underground parking (guarded) and to the station. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. We hope to return to Pisa and if we do, we'll definitely book at Five Roses.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This lovely accommodation is situated 10 minutes walk from Leaning Tower and about 20 minutes from Pisa Centrale, so what else!😍 The host is the best, very friendly and helpful. Although I arrived with a late night flight, he prepared everything so I could accommodate without any trouble. The garden in front of the building is adorable and very suitable for smokers😁. Thanks!!

Villa Gini is adorable and the staff is on a whole new level of kindness. We arrived hours before the check-in time with the intention of only asking them to store our luggage so we could walk around the city more freely until check-in time. Instead, we were greeted with coffee, an enthusiastic smile and they let us check-in immediately. The room was spotless and very comfy. They even gave us breakfast as soon as we were settled in. It really felt like coming home to your family. The breakfast is made with love, using ingredients from their garden, like fresh blood orange juice and strawberry pancakes. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
