This was the nicest hotel in Italy I've ever been to! So tastefully decorated! Warm, bright and clean! The common areas were excellent , we wanted to stay longer! There was a coffee machine, drinking water, fruits and snacks available all day. It was so beautiful there that we took a lot of pictures in this place:)) The hotel was located in a beautiful and quiet courtyard where you could sit outside and drink wine on a warm evenings. The owner of the hotel is a wonderful, intelligent person with whom it was very pleasant to talk. What a pity that we stayed at the hotel for only 1 night ! I highly recommend this place and I promise, you will definitely want to come back here!

Amazing stay. The staff were some of the most helpful and kind we have ever come across. The place was spotlessly clean, super central and they went above and beyond with all the little extras they offer, like soft drinks and water in the room, makeup wipes, slippers, use of the hotel umbrellas and a lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend!

- perfect location, in the historic centre, few minutes from Pisa Centrale, walking distance from Pisa Tower - room was absolutely clean and cozy - rich breakfast (there was wide selection), homemade sweet pastry - nice decorations and details in whole residence

Ideal location, very near to all places of interest that are within walking distance (15 min to piazza dei miracoli) and easy to reach by car (parking facilities included). Structure new and very comfortable, in excellent maintenence status. People extremely friendly and cooperative.

We received the warmest welcome from Roberto and it was enough to make our short visit to Pisa so special! We were really comfortable, perfect for our family with a toddler. Roberto gave us some great recommendations for food to eat in the city. The villa was perfectly located, walking distance from the airport and also to the center of Pisa. If we ever go to Pisa again, there is no where else we would like to stay! Oh and the breakfast was lovely! Specially the coffee🤩

The owner Maria is wonderful, she was very friendly and explained how all the facilities work in the flat. She let us also leave our belongings at the place after checkout so we could travel around the city without them. The breakfast provided was plenty, the terrace is spacious, quiet and private, the bed is comfy and the whole place is very clean. Maria provides and excellent service whilst caring for her new born baby! Amazing job :)
