The location of the hotel was excellent, amazing vista from the terrace. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, learned a lot from them about the city. 5 minute walk to the centre of town. Would highly recommend to all.

Location, cleanness and Pietro’s advice are great! The friendliest stuff I’ve met so far with lots of tips on where to eat, what to do, etc. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable, has everything you need - a safe box, minibar, even a smart tv. Location is literally two steps away from the main square and the windows are looking onto one of the main streets (but since they’re soundproof you won’t hear a sound unless you want to go on the balcony). There was only a lobby area with coffee and water machine and another balcony which was great!

Really awesome experience. The landlord was very nice, answered all requests and returned messages very promptly, thanks for his help. The room was in a great location, a ten minute walk to the city center. Especially good was the bedding in the room, the mattress and pillows were comfortable and the sheets and duvet covers and bath towels were very clean! The heating was also very hot. At this price for a room with so much care, I believe it is the first choice when visiting Siena.

Long stay free parking across the road... only 10 minute walk in to the old town... use of outdoor courtyard and communal lounge area... small but comfortable room with crisp white linen and hot shower... lovely choice for breakfast served in a sunroom

Amazing and stylish hotel! The room was spacious and had a comfy bed and a modern bathroom. We loved also the hospitality of the staff and the general atmosphere of the main room.

This B&B is amazing, located in the old city center. The host is very helpful and friendly, the room is clean and well-equipped. Also you can have breakfast on the terrace with nice view. All recommendations.

The rooms are very nicely refurnished to look authentic. The units are on the first floor of the building, the elevator was not necessary. I like the security this place gives you. The staff was kind to let us bring our road bicycles in the rooms with us. Although the room was not massive, it was big enough to acomodate two people + 2 bicycles. The location is in the historic center, minutes away walk into the main square. We're traveling by car, and since it is not permitted to drive through the historical center of the city, the hotel arranged for a garage that was not expensive and it had a valet service. We drove to the garage, where an employee there took us with the car to the hotel to unload our luggage then took the car and deposited safely. When we left the hotel, the same driver waited for us in front of the hotel and drove us outside the madness of the historical streets. All in all it was a great stay. We'll definitely get bak here.

Amazing location, and huge apartment overlooking the piazza. We enjoyed sitting on the Balcony and walking on the city wall for sunset. Lots of cute restaurants up side streets.
