Our apartment was extremely comfortable and well outfitted with a good kitchen area adjacent to a small living room space. The bathroom was large with a nice shower. The bedroom was of an adequate size with a very comfortable queen bed. Everything was extremely clean. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast in an adjoining restaurant was very nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and it was in close proximity to the cruise ship port in Chiaggio.

Very nice hotel! We paid for economic room, but a lady owner gave us delux room and this room is big, new with nice bathroom and balcony. Very clean hotel, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly. They speaks very well english. Free park for motorbike behind the bars. I highly recommended this hotel!

Everything was perfect. Owner was waiting for us in front of building to welcome us. Lives next door which, in case of need, easy to contact. Location perfect as it’s an easy walk to Chioggia and parking in front of the lodging. Room was spotless as was the entrance, dining room, entrance hall etc. l within 5 min walk you have Leo’s pizzaria which is unique and sells its product by the kilo. Excellent! the location is stunning with views on the laguna and the canal. the room was superb (we got upgraded to a junior suite). excellent breakfast. bicycles available tôt reach the beaches but the best beach is one stop further by vaporetto, starting in front of the door. staff was very helpful and took time to show us on the map where to park the car for little money.
