Newly renovated rooms. Very clean and gorgeous views over the lake. There was a problem with the booking but the staff was very attentive and made sure we had a great stay. Breakfast was excellent and they also had good gluten free options. Dinner was good but not great.

The apartment is very tidy, spacious and light. It has a big balcony where you can have dinner or drinks with an amazing view on the lake, nice beds and a fully equipped kitchen. There are toys for small children available, and free washing facilities. The staff is very friendly. A perfect place to stay.

Everything was beautiful and comfortable! A little hard to find where to park and enter, but all in all a lovely overnight stay! Great breakfast and helpful staff- wonderful room and nice bathroom! Perfect! Thank you!

I love this hotel! The staff is very helpful, polite, talkative and kind. The view from the room was amazing. Very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. The hotel is very old-kind-exclusive, so you can feel a bit like James Bond (Sean Connery style). Breakfast was delicious and once again - the service will make you feel like royalty. I must say - It was our first time in northern Italy and I have to admit that there is a different, calmer and friendlier atmosphere here than, for example, in Rome or on the Amalfi coast. An ideal place to relax. Grazie mille!

Breakfast was wonderful, with everything from meats to croissants to cheeses. Room was very clean, with roomy balcony with table and chairs and a great view. Staff was personable, friendly and helpful all the time.
