I booked Residenza Dell' Opera from the airport. When we arrived at Residenza Dell' Opera, 20 minutes later, the property was closed. When I checked my phone there was a message from the reception that the hotel was closed due to maintenance, and we were offered a stay in their other property, Opera35, via della Rocca. This gave us little trouble and our alternative stay was great, but I can not rate Residenza Dell' Opera. Ratings are for Opera35

The location was wonderful, walking distance to so many things. The facility was perfect for our needs and perfectly clean. Breakfast was tasty with a wonderful service team. The staff we met was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and so very kind. Roberta, Luca, and Matteo are true gems of employees. The Piazza Carlina hotel is most fortunate to have them.

We traveled all over the Italy and this was our last step, we took junior suite with city view, the room was absolutely amazing, one of the best I ever been, I always travel to 5* and there I can easily say is perfect. Has huge bath, shower, separate garderobe, living room with stunning view of city and mountains, huge bedroom with huge bed, room was warm cozy and big. The receptionist and entrance 5* Was perfect end - and is very good price

The location was great, very close to the metro station, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Mrs Anna was just wonderful, very kind and friendly. She made sure we had the best experience in our stay. Breakfast was generous and I couldn't recommend this place more. I have many intolerances and she ensure I had a lactose free milk and gluten free breakfast.

Excellent breakfast in a lovely and quiet setting. Paula was very helpful from the start to the end of our stay and provided flexibility to improve the quality of the experience, like checking info in Turin for us and allowing us to freshen up before our next leg of travel. I highly recommend Casa Ganci.

The staff was very kind, Giovanni helped me by phone with the self check in and he was on call for any requests. Furthermore he let me stay even later the check out, so my very tired nephew could rest during the afternoon before the departure!
