Stayed at penthouse on top floor. Great experience! Staff was extremely nice and check-in was quick. Room had sound blocking windows so it was quiet inside, especially nice since this is the city center. There is a coffee machine, sink, dishwasher, hot water kettle, and electric kitchen range. Room was clean. Bathroom included toiletries and towels. Parking is available but must be reserved in advance. Walking distance to Wawel Castle, ICE convention center, and Main Square. There is a convenience store (Żabka) around the corner. Probably in the top ten hotel stays for me. Note, although you can see St Mary's Church and other attractions from the penthouse, only the Wawel church tower is visible due to trees and buildings - if this is a dealbreaker for you, look elsewhere and expect to spend a lot more money.

It's a bit further away from the Old Town Krakow, about half an hour walk, but you can also take the tram that's right in front of the hotel and you'll be there in 10 minutes. There is also a train station just a few blocks away (5 minute walk) where you can take a train to the airport and the Salt Mines.
