From the start at Booking dear José Mascarenhas confirmed the stay and reached out to me to help with all the bookings and preparation for my 40th birthday celebration that was held at the Hotel. Boat trip, Lunch bookings and accommodations was all organized to satisfaction. This hotel is amazing. Fantastic spaces, great location and the service is absolutely the best. The Restaurant manager and his staff took excellent care of us specially during our celebratory lunch on may the 2nd at the terrace. My dress broke and the amazing Luca secretly passed me a sewing kit. We had amazing food, drinks and caviar. All we wanted they arranged. Made everyone feel special and taken care of. Vegan and Vegetarian options where great also. Whatever we needed during our stay was taken care of. We got the best rooms and had the absolute best experience ever. My guest and I highly recommend Albatroz and we will come back her every year from now on. This is a place in the heart of Cascais where everyone is welcome and where the service is exceptional. I cant thank everyone enough for making our stay so special. I am forever grateful.

The staff were truly amazing Gonzalo and Jeremy were extremely helpful and welcoming and made us feel at home in this awesome villa. The hotel has a system of communication via WhatsApp which makes it really convenient to ask for anything if needed. Breakfast is very delicious and healthy. Everyday a different breakfast special is offered. The location of the hotel is really optimal for exploring the village on foot.

I loved the accommodation, the room has a good finish and a good size, the bathroom also has a good size and finishes, it also has a great shower. The place is very calm and silent, ideal for those who want to rest after visiting the city.

Pestaña Citadela Cascáis is a gorgeous hotel situated just adjacent to the marina and close to the old town. The room was very nice with a beautiful view over the water. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful.
