The room was clean and I appreciated the balcony. It was perfect for a solo travellor. Almost like an AirBNB as I had a code to enter and could come and go. There is no reception but the management were available through the phone and were quick to respond. I loved that it was close to the Basilica, and close to the Vía Sacra. And the balcony looked out over beautiful green trees.

We visited Luz Charming Houses for our anniversary and it was really good. They went the extra mile with our room without us even requesting it. The staff were friendly and the food was nice. The pool and the lounge chairs under the trees were especially nice.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, plenty of parking right outside the entrance of the hotel, the room is beautifully decorated with good air-conditioning and a large bathroom, comfortable beds with plugs beside the bed. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice in a nice dining room.
