Kind staff. Amazing room, confortable bed, big enough bathroom. Very clean hotel and room. Nice balcony. Rich breakfast (abundant and high quality food). Strategic location (near the center), but quite area.

Firstly, staff were all amazing. They were so helpful at all times and arranged some of our restaurant bookings and tour visits. Also arranged the COVID test at local Pharmacy. They also arranged for a room upgrade when there was a spare room with balcony... really appreciated. Food (breakfast) was really good variety and quality. Again service exceptional. Location is superb. The views over the Duoro are amazing (from restaurant and room) yet still only 10 mins walk in to the center of town. Also loved the unique design and furnishings of this hotel. Each room celebrates a specific famous person and interior has artwork to match. Just an all round fabulous experience!!

Super friendly staff, helped find me parking, best breakfast I've ever had at a 3 star hotel - exceptional variety and the best breakfast juice - (Parsley and lemon) which ended up tasting like kiwi juice. I emphatically recommend this place!

The location was facing the river with amazing views day and night. It is lively down by the river with musicians and all the restaurants, but it quiets down around 10 or 11pm. The apartment was very cute and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. We would definitely go back. We dropped our car off at the airport and took a taxi to the apartment as a car is not helpful in Porto.

The hotel was beautiful, staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the dining room was delicious and the room itself is incredible. The grounds are well kept and the room was clean and supplied with everything we needed.
