The staff was amazing at the service! Rezlan and Yonus were both superbly attentive to our needs and very friendly with my daughter who is 18months. It was my daughter’s first ever holiday so it was very important to me but the staff made sure my daughter was looking happy everywhere I see them, they will initiate playing with her and make her laugh that made our holiday extra joyful seeing our daughter so happy in a complete different environment. The food was excellent! Lots of varieties, every single day different menu! I highly highly recommend people to pick Bellis Deluxe Hotel as their family holiday stay because I just can’t find any fault. Me and my family was there for 7nights, we only wished we were there for a little longer! It caters for all age groups. They host several activities, games and shows for all! They also have a zoo in the resort which was also just as beautiful. If you are going Belek, don’t think and just make a booking with them!

Overall it is a great hotel! We are coming there 2nd time and hope not the last. We love the tranquility, good restaurants and service. Ahmet (the waiter in the restaurant) should be positively recognised by the hotel management. He is very attentive to guests and caring for every detail. We can’t wait to return!

Amir the manager was super friendly and nothing is too much trouble, from driving us to get groceries, organising excursions to ordering takeaway for us. The cleaning staff and laundry team were excellent and very efficient. The beach pavilions were nice but cost 60euros for the day! The Guest Relations team were aware we were not happy as we complained about number of things. They tried very hard to make things better for us and offered us complimentary meals for 2 nights .
