We had a terrace suite and it was lovely for family, parents and 2 kids (7 &9). Did not see what smaller rooms were like. Garden was lovely, the suite faced courtyard and the ancient mosque. Lovely visit.

Zeynep the manager is the sweetest women alive, she welcomed me and asked about my comfort the first day I came in, she kept helping me whenever I asked about something, never resist to give help when i needed anything the guys in the reception too they're so helpful and the smile never left their faces, they were all there when i needed them espicially Citane, I love everyhthing about this hotel no doubt it'll be my forever destination whenever i go back to istanbul.
