The Area Manager took care of an issue with billing. She was kind , professional and understanding like no other! She was amazing and I will definitely return to stay only at this hotel!

Near a lot of great restaurants, even one right across the street & the food was delicious. Something they did as a surprise was on the marquee outside, they put up happy anniversary to us, which we thought was extremely sweet. The night staff and the day staff were super nice, & everything smelled amazing!!

I requested closer, but was told this was $250 more. Otherwise, our block was only one block from the beach. Road is a little busy so watch the young kids. 2 bedroom suite was spacious, clean and well equipped. The unit block has a checkin lounge with games, books, dvds, popcorn which the kids loved. The stay was amazing, our room was clean, the patio was amazing and facing right out to the ocean. The water pressure in the shower was good and the amenities were all in great condition.
