From reservations to check-out, the staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Our booking was weird due to four different groups, length of stays and size of parties. The staff made every effort to make sure that reservations were correct. We were grouped together and all expectations were met or exceeded. The entire facility was in excellent condition, clean and well maintained. All the staff was great. Unlike many comments we read, the breakfast did include hot items and was more than sufficient.

I have traveled a great deal in my lifetime, and I would rate my experience at this resort as one of the best ever. Everything and everyone was great. The only thing I would say was sometimes frustrating was parking in Tower 1-3 garage. There are inadequate spaces for the volume of guests, and while overflow parking was available across the street, this meant multiple moves of the car when unloading or reloading near the appropriate elevators.

The room was nice and quiet. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great ocen view. All staff was very friendly, especially the front desk lady Leah. She was sweet and had great customer service. She was very knowledgeable about the restaurants that had good food and when we went, we were not disappointed

The resort was beautifully maintained. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. We were only there for two nights but wished we had been able to stay longer. Great location and loved the shuttle bus to the beach.

Overall the resort was nice and big with plenty of activities for the kids. Especially if the weather is nice!

Loved the location, the size of the suite, staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not have a tea kettle in our room and they had someone run up and brand new one in the box. The balcony was huge.
