Excellent location for trips to Dollywood and restaurants on route 441. Condos are spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the golf course. Our condos was also well equipped and lacked nothing. We were proactively notified by the resort that we could do an early check-in as our condo was ready earlier than the scheduled time. Excellent equipment in fitness centre.

Great place to stay, very beautiful. A bit pricey. Some Furniture looks a little rough, banged up. Was put off with the tip jars. For the price of staying there, you shouldn't have to tip the staff. Otherwise a great experience.

What a great hotel with great staff. The hotel is located right next to the island so you have plenty of options for dining and also right next door to alot of attractions. The rooms are well appointed (the beds weren't as comfortable as I would have preferred but not a big deal) but the biggest reason I would return here is the staff! Special regards to Cheryl the manager and chantal the check-in staff. We were traveling with my brother who has special needs and all the staff were so accommodating. KUDOS!

We absolutely loved the cabin itself. It is set up very nice and has everything you need. The bed feels like you're sleeping on clouds. The hot tub was nice and the pool table was great. It was better than We could have asked for our honeymoon. We will definitely be back maybe for our anniversary in a year.
