Room was modern and clean. Staffs were super friendly and almost all requested were answered and responded quickly. Reception is open 24 hours so early morning checkout and late check-in isn't a problem. And whole check out process took a minute. With staffs helping to carry luggage to the taxi. Continental Breakfast was available for nominal price. Hotel is located very close to airport and other major attractions and taxis are readily available to and from the property. Pool was clean and neat., In short the property feels more like home than a hotel.

Offering a year-round outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre, Rove City Centre, Deira is located just a 7 minutes drive from Dubai International Airport and 20 minutes by car from Dubai Mall. The staff. especially Sulaiman because he went above and beyond to assist with our missing luggages. Breakfast is amazing. Room is extremelly clean. Will stay here again for sure! all is great!

Ms. Mukhabat, who was at reception, helped us a lot whatever we needed. She was so kind, smiling; and to the point for fixing things. I should say all the others at the reception were very good as well.
