Very nice place and comfortable, freshly furnished family hotel. The loft room is located on the third floor, with a huge terrace offering a magnificent view of the mountains and the golf course. The room is designed as a single space (bath and shower in the room), separate toilet. Mattress and bed linen are very good. To the beach 7 minutes walk. Very tasty and rich breakfast, lots of fruits, freshly prepared egg dishes, even fried chanterelles (!).

Exceptional family-owned boutique hotel. Friendly staff, clean modern facilities and good service. 10/10

El Hotel Wagnerhof es un establecimiento familiar situado en Pertisau am Achensee que goza de una ubicación céntrica y tranquila y ofrece vistas maravillosas al lago y a las montañas. Breakfest and dinner was great with a very friendly staff. The spa area and indoor swimming pool as very nice. Especially with the only adult area.

This was the perfect getaway for a week in the mountains; we loved the close proximity to many of the Achensee attractions (the Erlebnis Card is well worth the money), but it was also easy to spend a day relaxing in the well-appointed spa. What really set this property apart, though, was the fantastic customer service. We received personal support on all of our requests: including adding a few extra touches for a birthday we celebrated while there. And the food each night as part of the half pension (breakfast + dinner) was a highlight we looked forward to each day. If you are visiting this hotel, make sure you choose this half pension rate - it would be hard to summarize well enough how good the food was; suffice it to say that each night provided a different five course fine dining menu - and all directly within the hotel. We loved our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again if visiting the area.
