Opened in 2015, Das Franzl - Bett & Brot is 800 metres from the shore of Lake Wolfgang, where guests can use a lake access with a sunbathing lawn. A small alpaca farm is also on site, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The place is extremely cozy and built with imagination. I appreciated the book shelves and also the comfortable rooms. Food is delicious and staff extremely kind. The tiny poneys and the alpacas are a nice addition.

Pension Schlömmer is located 4 km from Sankt Gilgen and has a private beach access to Lake Wolfgang, just 200 metres from the house. It offers for guests a balcony in every room. Guests have panoramic mountain and lake views. Free WiFi is available. Spent a wonderful weekend at Pension Schlömmer. As other reviews already mention, the breakfast was excellent, view was amazing, there was access to a (probably private) beach, and there is a ferry service nearby to take you to St. Wolfgang. In addition, we travelled by public transport and it's just a 15 min walk from the bus stop. We were pleasantly surprised when the owner offered to drop us at the bus stop during our return. We would like to visit Wolfgangsee again, and when we visit, we would definitely stay at Pension Schlömmer.

Great secluded location Wolfgangsee. Wonderful staff and lovely property. Great breakfast buffet and nice restaurant for dinner. Room was better than expected and incredible views and scenery right on location.

Beautiful views can also be enjoyed from the lakeside terrace. Was an amazing stay I wish it was more than one night I fell in love with the view 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 breakfast delicious sure I will come back

This individually designed countryside hotel offers 4-star comfort and features a private bathing place and a lakeside garden. There is also a sun terrace with a hot tub, a sauna and a relaxation room. Gorgeous location with very helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely as well as the private lounge chair area on the lake. Situated on the village square in the centre of Sankt Wolfgang, just 50 metres from Lake Wolfgang and 250 metres from its private beach, Hotel Zimmerbräu is set in a historic building, renovated 2011, which was originally a brewery dating back to the 14th century. Free WiFi is available throughout the building. Excellent location and friendly staff. Free use of paddle boards and a pedal boat at the hotel's own R&R spot on the lake. Walking distance to everything, e.g. the cog railway station. Great room with a round bed and a wonderful view of the lake from the balcony.

Free WiFi is available. Beautiful hotel with amazing facilities. We absolutely loved the private "beach" decking area where we could use paddle boards or rowing boats at our leisure with no extra cost. Room was lovely and spacious, modern, clean and with a beautiful view. We were also allowed a late check out with no extra cost which was great- we got to stay longer in Wolfgangsee lake.
