Opened in 2015, Das Franzl - Bett & Brot is 800 metres from the shore of Lake Wolfgang, where guests can use a lake access with a sunbathing lawn. It was a beautiful room with a fantastic balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains and hills. It was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I could not ask for more.

Haus Mayerhofer is situated in the centre of Sankt Gilgen, a 5-minute walk from Lake Wolfgang and the Zwölferhorn Cable Car. Free WiFi and free parking are available. A wonderful place in a great location. The apartment is very nice and well equipped - has everything you need. Snow-white sheets and very clean apartment. Parking available on the spot which is great if you travel by car. A very hospitable host. :-)

Reiterhof Suassbauer is just 100 metres from Lake Wolfgang and 800 metres from the centre of St. Wolfgang. It offers a riding school and riding opportunities with Iceland horses. Amazing views, great breakfast, very nice host, family friendly location. A lot of attention to details. All was perfect!

Pension Schlömmer is located 4 km from Sankt Gilgen and has a private beach access to Lake Wolfgang, just 200 metres from the house. It offers for guests a balcony in every room. Beautiful place, quiet, view from the balcony of the mountains, cows and sheep graze around. The service is very nice and committed to helping. Free bikes. Great area for walking, cycling, mountain railway. Tasty varied breakfasts. I highly recommend.

Located right on the shore on Lake Wolfgang, Hotel & Gasthof Fürberg is 3.5 km, approximately a 45-minutes walk, from the centre of St. Gilgen. A quiet place with an amazing lake view, many choices for entertainment. Good place to start a lot od mountain hikes.

The Hotel Weisser Hirsch is an oasis of relaxation in the heart of St. Wolfgang, directly on the shores of Lake Wolfgang. It offers a private lake access and free Wi-Fi. This hotel is in the center of Sankt Wolfgang, right on the lake shore, offered everything you need. The room with a balcony and comfortable bed was a great place to relax. The breakfast was rich and diverse, including ham, salami, cheese, delicious spreads, fresh pastries, eggs made to order, yogurts, fruits, vegetables. Having breakfast indoors or on the terrace with a view of the lake was great. I would like to return here!

Excellent location and friendly staff. Free use of paddle boards and a pedal boat at the hotel's own R&R spot on the lake. Walking distance to everything, e.g. the cog railway station. Great room with a round bed and a wonderful view of the lake from the balcony.
