Gästehaus auf der Kunstmeile is an accommodation set in the Old Town of Stein, 300 metres to the Danube harbour, 200 metres from Kunsthalle Krems and Caricature Museum Krems, 600 metres from the... We came with bicycles after a few days of travelling. The place looks amazing and comfortable. The personal contact is great. Breakfast is a great bonus. We didn't expect it to be so tasty and wonderful.

Wonderful breakfast, great location, 5 min walk downhill from Durnstein‘s main road. The room and en-suite bathroom was clean, there was a locked bike room.

Perfect location for exploring the Wachau valley on a bike. You can borrow a bike for free. The room was very comfortable, well equipped and cleaned every day. Outdoor terrace with a view on the river and the hills. We appreciated the self-service wine fridge. Parking next to the house. Lovely host Silke gave us some great recommendations. We really ejoyed our stay here and we will definitely come back.

In a quiet location at the edge of the forest, Haus Regina is just 100 metres from Maria Taferl Basilica. The large garden includes a covered outdoor pool and WiFi is free. Very helpful friendly hostess, spacious room, modern decorations and appointments, lots of storage, tables, chairs snd even a couch. Highly recommended.

Privatzimmer Langthaler is located at the gateway to the Wachau Valley, a 5-minute drive from Melk Abbey. It offers quiet rooms with cable TV and a balcony overlooking the garden. 100% fit the bill as a comfortable, rural guesthouse at a reasonable price. Hosts were kind, room was clean and inviting and breakfast was excellent. The guesthouse is run with love and care. We enjoyed making ourselves tea in the evenings and going on quiet countryside walks around the little village. 5 minute drive into Melk.
