Located in the heart of the Hunter Valley with views of the Brokenback Ranges, Grand Mercure The Vintage offers self-contained apartments with free WiFi. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean and all amenities were as described. The fire place was a really nice touch on a cold evening. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am at Hunter Valley.

Featuring free WiFi, The Lucky Hotel is located in the heart of Newcastle, just 5-minute walk from popular Wharf Road and its range of cafes, shops and restaurants. The room is clean, newly renovated. The l’ octane body wash, shampoo, lotion etc were excellent choice. And the hair conditioner was a bonus and a treat. The pub food, especially the fish with salad is a treat too and recommended.

The room, cleanliness , location and most of all the exceptional service and kindness from the staff. (The front desk woman was beyond wonderful…and I adored the personal note left in the room on arrival). On a personal note, I was at the Terminus for “unpleasant” business…and to be greeted in all facets with such care & kindness? Absolute gold. Means more than I could ever say.
