This hotel is located in the only remaining Medieval fortress in northern Germany, Burg zu Stargard, in the town of Burg Stargard. It offers free Wi-Fi. They were able to do everything vegan! Plus: no buffet; we each got a little tiered tray.

Located 20 km from Müritz national park, this hotel offers bicycle rentals to explore the surrounding nature areas. Landhotel Zur Schmiede provides country-style rooms with a private bathroom. Room was nice and spacious and warm. Clean as well. We are very tall so the bed was regular size but then a bit small but this is more our problem. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Diner in the restaurant was nice Breakfast was just what we were looking for

This castle hotel stands directly beside Lake Müritz, a 5-minute walk from Klink’s boat harbour. It features 5 restaurants, a large spa and an indoor pool with panoramic lake views. It is extremely beautiful, dinner at the restaurant was extraordinary . Pool was very nice.

Hotel Amsee is located in hilly and natural countryside beside the Tiefwarensee lake, a 3-minute drive from Waren Train Station. Sauna and lake combination was great. Hotel was very nice

This hotel is set on spacious and well-kept parkland on a peninsula directly on the Tiefwarensee Lake. Great beds and very nice breakfast. Beautiful garden and peaceful atmosphere. Short distance to the center. Great value for the price.

This family-run, 4-star spa hotel enjoys a quiet location near to Lake Tollensee between Neubrandenburg and Neustrelitz, in the Mecklenburg Lake District. One of the best hotels in Germany. Very well equipped rooms, wonderful surroundings. Breakfast is top class, almost overwhelming with options. Cheers to Magda, running the show in the kitchen.

Basiskulturfabrik Öko-Hotel features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Neustrelitz. Liked the location. Also the focus on sustainability. Room was light with many windows. Appreciated the fly guard on the window. Most comfortable mattress out of four hotels on our journey to date.
