Romantik Hotel Zur Glocke is located in the Mitte district in Trier, directly in the pedestrian zone, 2 walking minutes from the main market and the famous Porta Nigra. Everything was exceptional. Breakfast was great. The receptionist was attentive. Our room was extraordinary. There was a lift so no concerns about our luggage. Restaurant on site was very good.

We had an amazing time at Weingut Gehlen-Cornelius. It exceeded our expectations in terms of the room, breakfast, vineyard and wine. Atmospheric garden with tables and chairs surrounded by greenery, a little bit of Tuscan charm and you can buy the owners wine to enjoy in the garden. What’s not to like! Owners very friendly and helpful. We had bikes to cycle the Mosel pathways; very easy access to these. Found some good restaurants in neighbouring villages.
