Situated in the small village of El Berrueco, 300 metres from El Atazar Lake, Estudios Finca El Destino features an outdoor pool with sun loungers and offers free WiFi. The studio had everything we needed for a quiet weekend. It was clean and comfortable with gorgeous views.

Located 1 hour’ drive from Madrid, Hotel La Beltraneja boasts unique suites with original stone walls and exposed wooden beams of Buitrago del Lozoya Castle. Pretty, atmospheric and tidy place in the heart of old town. The staff was nice and welcoming.

El Egio is located in the village of Cervera de Buitrago, next to the Atazar Reservoir. It offers mountain-style apartments with a TV and mountain views. The manager was really cool. He even offered us a late check out. The apartment is pretty large and comfortable. The surroundings were the best. We had a very nice day at the reservoir.

Featuring rustic décor and wooden finishes, Hotel Rural Quercus Tierra has a restaurant, a shared lounge and meeting facilities. The hotel has unique wooden structure and you feel you are entering a fortress. The breakast served in the top floor was very good as well

Situated in Miraflores de la Sierra, this charming hotel offers free Wi-Fi and views over the beautiful Cuenca Alta del Manzanares Natural Park. Room was spotlessly clean. Easy unloading parking in back of hotel. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was good, though our waiter was gruff.
