The breakfast selection was unexpected; I had smoked salmon and superbly cooked scramble eggs. The lounge is very comfortable and the dining room is spacious. A guest information binder is very comprehensive including sightseeing opportunities with directions.

Boasting a bar and views of sea, The Sandy Duck is a guest house set in a historic building in Falmouth, 700 metres from Falmouth - Gyllyngvase. The location and staff were exceptional. Parking on the premises was a plus. Breakfast and amenities superb.

Ally and Mike were so welcoming and helpful, and their sweet puppy Elvis was a very good boy! The room was a wonderful size, very comfy and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the location was close to the center of town, ideal. Will definitely stay at Holbein House again next time we return to Penzance

Location is an easy walk to the town of St Ives and beautiful beaches. Early morning runs along the coast were amazing!
