The room was very comfortable, the lounge area was as well. Very good breakfast. I definitely recommend the Highfield.

The location is perfect because the bus stop to Windermere and the city centre was 2 mins away.

Two blocks down the main street, a coin operated laundry. Many camping/hiking supply retail shops across from hotel and near by. Nice pool area and spa services. Nice sercivecand food for breakfast.

Sue & Andre were exceptional hosts & presented accomodation that was very comfortable, providing everything we needed. Central location in easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants, the lake & pier. On-site easy parking was a bonus. Andre helped us with walking options, Elterwater & the Langdale valley were a photographers dream. Thanks so much for adding to my memorable holiday with my daughter.

El Ravenstone Manor es una casa solariega del siglo XIX situada en un terreno de 3 hectáreas, a 5 minutos en coche del lago Bassenthwaite. El lugar y las instalaciones maravillosas, todo muy cuidado y la comida buenísima. El personal encantador.

The view of the hotel is absolutely stunning! Sadly we are only staying for one night. We have a nice view from our room, and even a surprising sunset view from the toilet! We had dinner before heading to the hotel, but I instantly regretted it because the menu looks attractive and you could sit outside and look at the great view. The breakfast was very nice as well.
