Sun Castle Houses is located in the mountains about 18 km from Lefkada town. These cute small houses are built of typical Greek stones. The interior is simple, but everything you need is there. In addition, each terrace offers a wonderful view of the sunset every evening. It is also slightly cooler in the mountains than elsewhere in Lefkada. So a good sleep is guaranteed. There are also parking spaces for cars, but maneuvering on slopes can be quite challenging. Fortunately, the host is very helpful. Ellie gave us great restaurant recommendations and does everything to make guests feel comfortable and well. Nice and budget friendly place to stay in Lefkada island. Exceptionally good value for money, we would recommend to anyone. :)

Dimitris and Gramatoula were excellent hosts, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were very helpful during our stay. Our efficiency apartment was comfortable and very clean. Dimitris provided us with a map of the island and showed us the best beaches and other things to see and do. The best beach was actually right behind the property, a two minute walk from our room!! We will definitely be back.
