Situated amidst abundant greenery, Sepilok Nature Lodge - Formerly known as Sepilok Nature Resort is a haven for nature lovers. It has a restaurant, and offers complimentary WiFi access in its public areas. I could not recommend higher. It was amazing. Even had Orangutan visits during our stay.

Rooms are elegantly decorated with modern furnishings and amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a minibar. Rooms on the Executive Floor enjoy exclusive access to the Executive Lounge for evening cocktails, afternoon high tea, and use of private meeting rooms. I really loved the room, it was spacious and well arranged. The bathroom was exceptional with a really excellent shower with high pressure hot water. The breakfast was really the best I had while in Sabah with a great variety of dishes for both Eastern and Western styles. The rooftop pool was really nice and there were a lot of seafood restaurants very close by.

You can enjoy a pampering massage at the spa or relax in the sauna. Outdoor activities such as golfing, cycling and hiking can be arranged at the 24/7 reception. Shuttle services, bike rentals and airport transfers are provided at an additional charge. The room is spacious and great sea view of the coast

Set atop Plaza Merdeka Shopping Centre, The Waterfront Hotel Kuching offers modern guest rooms with free WiFi access. The property boasts a semi-outdoor infinity pool and 2 dining options. For guests who drive, free parking is provided. Excellent bedroom and bathroom size, plus facilities and local decor, cleanliness and tidy - inside in the room and throughout the hotel. The breakfast is amazing (and we have travelled to many places to compare) - it has excellent spacious seating, modern and local decor, and the variety and selection of breakfast is top class with local cultural cuisines and international, plus make your own style egg and paratha omelette. Location is superb - immediately overlooking the waterfront corniche, chinatown, museum and all the excellent eateries along waterfront and Kuching area. Hotel is directly linked to a great compact shopping centre (Merdeka Plaza) with many food, drink, clothing etc etc with great prices and variety of local cuisines. Excellent value for money with the offer that the hotel had on booking.com

Staff at the 24/7 reception can assist you with free luggage storage and a business centre is available on site. The staff where so friendly and the room super clean. I had a long stay in the hotel and i felt so welcome. It’s near to the airport and i like that it’s not directly in the centre. Everything that you need it’s near; grocery, restaurants, mall etc. It’s about 10’ with the car. The room service, dining and laundry service is top. I’ll come here again if I come to Kuching. (:

Activities can be arranged at the tour desk on site. 1) Distance from Kota Kinabalu Airport to Hotel is a short trip taken. 2) Hotel location within town area - vicinity within shoppers, good. 3) My rooms occupied the 10th floor, excellent. 4) Breakfast excellent - International cuisine (Asian delights provide - most acceptable). 5) Slight miscalculated 'Housekeeping' facilities, need extra communication with the receptionist on duty to get the process done after getting back into hotel rooms after our daily out touring. 6) Overall in-house staffs are helpful & professional in communication with hotel guests. 7) More to speak for, overall satisfactory, exceptional stay in the Hotel. * N/B:- Wholly recommended stay, exceptionally good ... etc - Hopefully, I will visit again in due course if time permits.
