The staff were kind available and professional. Nothing was too hard for them. Even though I booked a singal room and it was a little small, it had every thing you needed and it was very comfortable. The up keep of the hotel was good, the daily cleaning of the room was also good.

First of all the lovely staff and the way you get treated is really great. It makes you feel special from the nice breakfasts brought to your room to Giulia sending complementary wine for my girlfriends birthday. Everybody is really caring and they make you feel like every problem of yours could be taken cared by. The location of the hotel is superb as well every important monument is in walking distance and you could find some great restaurants with a 5 minute walk. The rooms were clean and really comfortable, I also found the bathroom spacious and neat as well.

Exceptionally nice and helpfull stuff who quickly noticed our needs. They brought us wine glasses when they realized we drink wine from coffee cups. Very clean room.
