Casa dos Cactos ligger i Vila Nova de Milfontes, tæt på Franquia-stranden og 1,8 km fra Lighthouse-stranden. Der er balkon med udsigt til haven, udendørs swimmingpool og have. Casa do Cactus was beautiful, hosts were very friendly and helpful as well as discreet. The garden is lovely, with turtles wandering around. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, with all needed facilities. Although the bed was a little small it was a very comfortable and friendly stay.

O Monte das Flores ligger mindre end 10 minutters kørsel fra centrum af Vila Nova de Milfontes. Malhão Strand ligger 3 km fra ejendommen. 2nd time here. And we'll be back 🙂

Delightful in every aspect. The houses, the friendly staff, the excellent breakfast, the swimming pool, and the quiet surroundings of the location in deep Alentejo. This place presents high quality standards at a pretty reasonable price. A small property of 6 terraced houses, all with a spacious bedroom and living room with kitchen. Very well equiped and nicely decorated. The breakfast is excellent with warm bread, croissant, and cakes just out of the woven. The swimming pool and the view of surroundings is super pleasant. Very good for family with kids, the baby crib was very good quality and the sofa bed for the child also good and spacious. The location is quiet, though the walls between houses are pretty thin and not sound-proof. The drive to nearest town (Cercal) is 10min, there are good restaurants there. And the drive to seaside is 20-30 min but there are many wonderful beaches to explore in this part of Alentejo so this is a great base :)

It was in a very quiet and rural setting. But what we liked most was the hospitality. Antonio and Liliana were amazing! The went over and beyond to accommodate us. I notified them in advance that my husband has to eat Gluten Free. Liliana went shopping for special ingredients and had many GF options. We were amazed at the effort she put in to provide a safe breakfast for him. It was sooo appreciated! Antonio was also a gracious host! He gave us many suggestions for hikes, restaurants, etc. and then presented us with a bottle of wine after check-in! We felt so welcome!

Monte do Brejinho de Água ligger i landsbyen Brejinho de Água do Sul, 15 minutters kørsel fra byen Grândola. Der tilbydes lejligheder med traditionel og enkel arkitektur. The owner was a lovely host and could not have been kinder. This is his families property for generations and his commitment and passion can be felt. He gave us very his tips, provided us with an ice bag to keep our wine chilled and accommodated my husband for his business calls in a quiet space. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom. Breakfast was very good and home made.
