The employees were very kind and helpful for everything you need, I had water in my bag after a walk and they helped me to find another charger until I had a new one or to storage things in the fridge! They have good breakfast and a private car parking!

The 4-star Octant Furnas is located in São Miguel Island, in Vale das Furnas, site of the largest concentration of thermal waters in Europe. The property is beautiful! The pools and the rooms are wonderful. The way they great you when you first arrive is awesome. Love the free hats ! There are restaurants you can walk to and the location is so tranquil. All of the staff were kind and helpful.

I liked everything about this hotel and the Staff were exceptional and were genuinely so helpful and pleasant. The location was so good close to the city centre. We will be staying at the Hotel Grand Azores Atlantico again.

We had an exceptional stay! everything in our stay in the World Nests was beyond perfect! starting from the great staff team; Mr Pedro, his brother and Patricia (not sure about the spelling :)). The place is very clean, spacious and equipped with all the things you may need. The breakfast is fresh, delicious and diverse (loved the pumpkin jam especially❤️). They provide different types of bikes for a good trip around the place. We asked them to arrange a full-day Jeep trip for 3 days and the trips were fantastic, we lived each experience and place for their most. we were so happy visiting all the places that they suggested, eating the traditional food and desserts, and getting engaged with such knowledgeable awesome people!! we learned a lot about the island, the local people, the food, the culture and others. Thanks a lot, our vacation on the magical Island was unforgettable!
