This is such a nice hotel in a beautiful location close to Pinhao (walking distance). The view over Douro river is breathtaking and the different facilities so nicely renovated. The breakfast one of the best I have ever had and the dinner restaurant served super good food - no need to eat in the village. Stay at the hotel and enjoy the facility, the view and the great food. Of course the wines are excellent and also - to our surprise - the beer.

This Quinta is possibly the most perfect place on Earth. Far surpassed my expectations! For much of the day my family and I had the whole place to ourselves and I felt like I had stepped into an episode of lifestyles of the rich and famous! The main reception rooms were beautiful and welcoming. I feel asleep for an hour in the leather chair by the window in the lounge. Angela and Maria were the loveliest of hostesses. The welcome drink of estate Rose was superb along with the small tasting platter of cheeses. Breakfast was fab (and included) and way more than we could eat. Thank you Angela and Maria for a lovely stay.
