This Key West, Florida Southernmost Point Guest House & Garden Bar is located on Duval Street 110 metres from the Southernmost Point and 73 metres from the beach. Was not expecting much when I booked but I can't praise this place enough! The atmosphere, the rooms, the design, the location, the staff. It was just perfect from start to finish! Will be back!

Super tranquil environment with lots of orchids, flowers, palm trees in the garden. 4 nice pools and very beautifully restored rooms and cottages. Also good breakfast provided every morning and amazing hosts either great tips for trips, i.e. the sunset sailing boat cruise! Thanks to the great team at Simonton for making our stay so great.

This place is amazing! It's situated just a few steps away from Duval Street where you can find many many bars, restaurants and shops. We booked the Cigar House and this was the best choice ever. Our room looks over the pool, it comes with a nice patio and a hammock! The Staff was super nice.. they have a beautiful garden where you can relax after the day. We really can't wait to be back! Thank you

Was perfect property perfect stay other than we couldn’t check in early and we couldn’t get a late check out and no water view like I was told I was gonna get but other than that was perfect
