The place was comfortable and clean. Paula from the reception was wonderful and helped us get helicopter ride tickets. Angela from the reception was very kind and helpful. Less than 1 mile from Poipu Beach Park and Shipwreck Beach, this 70-acre resort at the southern tip of Kauai features outdoor pools and apartments with full kitchens. Front Desk Staff (Mae and Kaysha) were exceptionally helpful--always smiling/friendly, gave good advice re: places to go, dining, etc.---They were amazing! When there were technical problems in the room (TV, internet, etc.), and maintenance was called, they came in record time (usually 5 minutes or less!!)--have been places where you wouldn't get service for a day or two--this was exceptional service! Liked that you could get DVDs to watch for free--provided something to do in the evenings.
