The location was beautiful- right by the sea. The room was clean and adequate. The breakfast was very good and could be eaten outside on the terrace.
Featuring a private beach, Barbara Piran Beach Hotel is located in the most beautiful, greenest and quietest part of the Slovenian coast, directly on the seaside.

I think it’s the best hotel in/near Piran in terms of beach access and swimming. The little pathway to the city centre is very char.
Great and very friendly staff!!

We had an excellent five-day stay at PachaMama in Piran. Perfectly located almost at the main square, it was close to everything yet quiet enough for peaceful nights. There’s plenty to do nearby, and the area is great for leisurely walks. The staff was notably super friendly and helpful, assisting us with parking outside the city. What really impressed us were the sustainable features of the hotel. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Piran!
Located in the historic part of Piran just 300 metres from the central Tartini Square, Hostel Pirano was completely renovated in 2015 and has all rooms equipped with free WiFi and cable TV.

Loved Piran great seaside destination with great seafood and hikes and bicycle trails that will keep you interested for days. You can then relax with a drink in hand right by the sea.
Stay in old town if steps are a problem for you or on the hill to take advantage of the views if you can handle the steps and the hill back up.
Good local bus connections if you want to explore that way.

Small but very beautiful town. Getting around is quite easy. Love the small boutiques. We still missing some places because of the rain and we did not plan our itinerary well. Hope to come back someday.

Wonderful small town on the sea coast, with great restaurants, beautiful views, nice shops, lots of history. I ate along the sea walk several times, got a local private tour, took a bus to the nearest town Portoroz. Would highly recommend seeing Piran!

Right up there with the Amalfi Coast and Cinque Terra in the gorgeous seaside village sweepstakes. Breathtaking views everywhere you look. Pretty main square with beautiful 18th and 19th century architecture. Crystal clear water for swimming, although there are no sand beaches, but piers and jetties. Lots of nice restaurants with sea / sunset views

Piran is a very compact town so it is easy to walk but take care with the uneven cobblestones. There is a wide range of eating places. The cement area in front of the sea was a surprise: there is no sand. The free shuttle was handy for getting luggage from the very expensive parking garage (the only option for visitors). Our hostess, Bruna, was a memorable part of the visit.
Perfect location by the beach with great views, peace at night, walking distance to lively Piran, nice staff, good breakfast, pleasant rooms, nice looking small boutique hotel, free parking at the hotel, refrigerator in rooms, shared balkonies (if you room doesn't have its own), 4 different restaurants (including its own in hotel) in close proximity and countless in Piran, relatively good value for money comparing prices of similar hotels in the area. All in all, highly recommended.
The unit is in a beautiful spot on the seafront at Piran, and close to all attractions. It is well equipped with a full sized kitchen, including a drip coffee machine and a french press. The washing machine is also a bonus and the lovely balcony with a BBQ is great for those sunny days.
Whilst it is close to restaurants we found it very quiet.
Our host was very helpful including organising cheaper parking and also a voucher so we could drive in to load our bags
Studio Carmen is in a good location and was clean and well equipped. Marco was there on time and gave us some recommendations about where to eat. Parking in Piran is difficult, but Parking Arze is the cheapest at 15 euros for 24 hours, not the one recommended by the Studio Carmen team. The apartment is well situated in a quiet street near a Mercator which was very handy and the 80s Cafe Bar with excellent breakfast coffee.
- Comfortable, spacious, sparkling clean room
- Jože was so kind, and helpful. He sent us detailed information on how to park our car and commute to the hotel. Upon arrival he made us feel very welcome!
- The location is perfect, 10'' from Tartini Sq, the heart of Piran where you can catch the free shuttle bus to the main parking in town. Really nice coffee place just around the corner on the square.
Great place to start of your journey on Istrian coast of Slovenia and Croatia. Very close to Italy. The guesthouse was very good equipped, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen were very clean. 10 min from the old town of Piran. Lovely view from the terrace Parking at the property, what is extremely important in Piran. Very helpful owner :) Thank you very much, we'll be back one day.
Great location in town centre, the only disadvantage of the location was the impossibility of parking, however, we parked in the Arze garage about 10 minutes (by walk) from the hotel. Reception staff looked a bit bored. However breakfast staff was great, breakfast were delicious too. Room was a little small, but our room had a big terrace.
We had an amazing waitstaff his name is Vuk. He was extremely knowledgeable about what was on the menu and how it was prepared. We took his advice and ordered his suggestion and were not disappointed. We came back the next night for some dessert, and his suggestion was spot on. Totally recommend the Hotel Piran as an exceptional get away.
The location of the apartment was very good in the center of Piran with a lot of restaurants. The approach of the owner was exceptional and awesome since we experienced some problems with the parking card, he managed the problem fastly and even compensated us. The whole apartment was beautiful and clean. Overal we would give it 4,5/5.
We ended up at Second Life at the last minute after a bad experience at another hotel in Koper. It was a very pleasant surprise, everything was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, large and functional room, super clean, excellent breakfast. It's the best place we stayed during our 3-week trip in Slovenia.
This was our second stay at Hotel Piran. It was fabulous. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was excellent with a balcony and sea view. The breakfast was very good. The car parking was at the garage and a courtesy bus picked us up from there. This is a great place to stay in beautiful Piran.
Nice and spacious apartment with a great view. Free parking opportunity available which is worth a lot in Piran. Everything is close by. The old town is a nice walk/hike from the flat away. We received excellent restaurant and beach recommendations upon arrival.
This was the best hotel we stayed in Slovenia. Aleksandra provided absolutely everything we needed. This is a special place.
The room is beautiful,
Confortable and has a lovely kitchen and table to enjoy breakfast.
The guy who handed us the keys was super friendly and also most forthcoming.
A big plus of this accomodation is the garage. Parking can be a bit tricky in Piran and so this was just great.
Apartment was clean, had everything needed for cooking, good wifi, TV, nice balcony with sea view, free parking, comfortable beds, walkable distance to downtown, welcoming owner
A beautifully designed hotel with helpful staff very close to the Piran main square. Some very nice added touches such as the complimentary fruit and pastries.
