The apartment was very comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Great location, right in the middle between the two ski resorts, which can be reached very quickly by bus, the stop of which is a 2-minute walk from the house. Guests staying in the Double Room or Single room enjoy free entrance to the Tauern Spa thermal bath including access to the Sauna area as well as a complimentary bag with a bathrobe and a towel. (Not valid on the day of arrival)

The pension is very cozy with a great Ski Room and you can buy the Ski Pass directly at the Pension. Simone helped us with anything we needed, including special requests. The ski bus to the Kitzsteinhorn and Schmittenhöhe ski areas stops only 70 metres from Lederer’s living. Ski equipment can be stored and ski passes can be bought on site. After a long day outdoors, guests can relax in the penthouse sauna overlooking Kaprun, in the lounge with a fireplace and on the sun terrace.
