The hotel is brand new. I like the room with big windows and mountain views and a balcony. The room is spacious, beautiful and cozy. Spa area is a nice place to relax after skiing. Breakfasts have big variety of food, we didn’t need more. Service is great, people are hospitable.

We had a slight issue with the room's electrical supply, but once we reached out to the staff, they were very helpful and provided us with an upgraded room. Location is great. Just a short walk to the Achensee and a block to bergbahn station which we took to go hiking. Great town if you don’t want to jump in the car all the time because it’s so walkable. Considering that there’s no restaurant, it’s great that you can order fresh bakery items at the front desk to pickup each morning.
