Everything about the whole experience was thought around what worked best for us - the staff was polite and kind at all times and super forthcoming. From the moment we arrived to the checkout, everything felt tailor-made! Breakfast was delightful and having lactose-free options was a huge plus for us. The spa was also wonderful and the annexed Bistro had absolutely delicious options. Really flawless from the service, to the food, to the wines to the chill, truly classic brazilian music.
