We were with a kid of 12 years old so we had a room with a queen bed and an extendable couch. The space was a bit tight but just for sleeping was ok. Clean room and bathroom. The kitchinette was a good addition. 20 min max to the center. The tram/bus/metro station is in a walking distance 7 min. Lidl market nearby and a 24h market in the station. Breakfast was really good and with a lot of options.

The sauna area was also amazing and very relaxing. Loved my stay, will definitely come back when visiting Munich again.
