After a day exploring the island, head back to the Puerto de las Nieves Hotel for a circuit in the spa. Here, you can massage away your aches and pains under the water jets, unwind in the bubbling Jacuzzi and kick-start your circulation with the contrasting pools.

Very comfortable clean room. Hotel itself easy to find on the main road into Puerto de la Nieves. Parking garage behind the building and always locked. Lovely wholesome varied breakfast A short walk down to the port with an array of restaurants and to the natural swimming pools. Heated pool and jacuzzi a treat and and well worth a mere 6 Euros for two hours - just what we needed after walking from San Pedro to the Hotel. They ordered us a cab which came in minutes to take us to the start of the hike

The Spa & Wellness area at Occidental Roca Negra is the ideal place to relax and disconnect from everyday life, featuring also a water circuit and a wide range of treatments.

This wonderful hotel in Agaete features a fitness centre, outdoor pool, and hot tubs. The pools are surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as Bali beds for those seeking a deeper sense of relaxation. It also has 2 meeting rooms with all the necessary equipment to host events for up to 240 people.

I loved the outside sea and mountain view. The staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms were very spacious and the interior of the hotel is very well put together and designed very nicely. The breakfast was amazing, loads of options to choose from and a chef to prepare your eggs just as one pleasured. Loved the natural pool that's like less than 10 minutes walk. Secluded area and very quiet. The Rock top bar looks amazing and the beautiful gazebo to relax and take a drink too. Beautiful top view. Very very beautiful hotel. No regrets staying here at all.

Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also has a restaurant and a picnic area. We liked the most the service offered by the host: exceptional flexibility, friendliness, quick and comprehensive answers to all questions. The appartment is a perfect place if you like to avoid a crowd and big hotels; very close to mountains (hiking), coffee plantation, vineyard, beach (sunsets, natural swimming pools in the ocean!). The appartment is in a quiet little alley, and has a small, cosy tarrace. In walking distance a good selection of restaurants, and a grocery shop. Kitchen very well equipped, very clean, washing machine and washing liquid available; a new set of cleaning utensils provided by the host; two toilets. We recommend this property :)

The Hotel is very impressive and seems to be a old high class Hotel. Of course now the interiour is a bit old but still it is nice and the room had everything I needed including a big terrasse. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The Hotel includes a Wellness Area were I chose a massage which was super for a reasonable price. Breakfast was good and plenty (incl. different breads, fruit, cake...) in a nice and light breakfast room.

Outside pool area Rooftop cafe bar Maintain buildings infrastructure Spa and wellness Breakfast and restaurant areas Breakfast is also very nice and a lot of options. Location very near to sea Sea view from the room ( remember to choose it 😜) Staff and room services try to help in every situation. They are really friendly in nature. Parking around the hotel has a free public parking area which is a plus . You should be able to find free space easily. I am not sure in the future but this time we are able to find it every day.

Having a spa in the hotel was nice and also the roof terrace bar, although both saunas were not hot enough. Breakfast had a great selection. Staff was lovely. Great to have a sea view, rock pools five minutes away and fantastic views and sunsets from a nearby beach. A half an hour walk to a secluded beach and many options for car/hiking trips. The Agaete valley was wonderful.

The room was surprisingly large, with a beautiful view of the inland mountains and the rock with the cross. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the spa (6€/person if you book through Booking, sounded like it's included when you book direct). The bed was huge and comfy and the architecture inside the hotel is unusual and quite pretty, with a nautical theme. Nice to have a big buffet breakfast included as well. Staff are lovely. The hotel is right by the bus stop and also 2 minutes walk from the seaside/harbour.

Very comfortable large bed and spacious room, we liked the design of the hotel. Breakfast has a good variety and everything’s very clean. Recommend the spa for some relaxation! The area is fantastic, just a stroll away from a swim in the sea or seafood dinner with mountain views.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. 4th floor room was a generous size with a nice outside area to sit and appreciate the sea view. Just a shame the outside terrace was in the shade for most of the day, maybe that changes as the season progresses as we went in March. Food was excellent and plentiful with lots of choice for both breakfast and dinner. The spa was luxurious, very relaxing and good value and my wife spoke highly of the massage. Must mention the staff who were all very attentive, helpfull, cheerful and friendly.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The town is pretty with lovely ambles along the coast and a cluster of restaurants. The pool and spa was brilliant; you have to book and pay €6 each but we had the whole pool to ourselves for an hour; the water was lovely and warm and the hot tub very bubbly. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed trips out by car. Had lovely large balcony.
