Gem of a property located in a quiet part of Barcelona. The rooms are big and with all facilities that you could ask for. The bathroom was awesome as well with the Hamaam being a special touch. The onsite pool is also quite nice. The restaurant also provides fine meals after a long day of walking around in Barcelona. The staff is very friendly, warm and courteous. They would do their best to respond to all requests. Definitely going to come back for another stay soon.

The One Hotel Barcelona is the epitome of comfort. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The beds are the comfiest, and I can't wait to return! The rooftop bar serves great cocktails, drinks, and food, and the downstairs restaurant is great too. Nacho Peinado, Concierge at The One Barcelona, is exemplary - his suggestions and advice on where to dine were spot-on with every recommendation. Nacho, who served us in the rooftop bar and throughout the hotel, was also helpful and friendly, as were all staff throughout The One Hotel. Roger makes excellent cocktails. If you're unsure about anything - ask, and the staff will help. I'm impressed with the level of service received during our stay. Rooms have varying sizes, the in-room facilities are excellent, and as far as I know, only the eighth floor has balconies. It is worth the extra to have a larger room and the street views are lovely. Gracias / merci....until next time.

The location is very safe and in the center of everything. 5-minute walk to Passeig de Gràcia, 15 minutes to the Gothic Quarter. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was superb, not to mention situated in such a beautiful room and ambiance. I would definitely return.

location - situated in the middle of Barcelona’s shopping district and walking distance within many restaurants to choose from staff - absolutely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. My hubby had left his jacket in a cab the hotel help ordered for our journey to the train station. We called the hotel immediately and they promptly reached out to the driver to retrieve the jacket and sent it to our hotel in Madrid the next day. The check in staff also had noticed that I had checked in on my birthday and they arranged for a bottle of champagne to be delivered to our room. cleanliness - housekeeping came by 2-3 times a day and replenished our toiletries and water regularly breakfast - Hotel breakfast was amazing: a variety of pastries, cheeses and ham to choose from. cereals and fruits too. all food was freshly prepared and you can also choose hot food from the menu (part of the breakfast with no additional charges). The churros are my favourite ! we will definitely return !
